Pass your place to someone else
Transfers are possible until 5 December 2026 and must be approved by the organisers. Once approved, the original QR code stops working and a new ticket is emailed to the replacement guest.
Refund and ticket-transfer policy
Tickets are non-refundable if an attendee changes their mind or can no longer attend. Tickets may be transferred to another person until 5 December 2026, provided the organisers are notified and the replacement attendee accepts all event, cake and allergy rules.
No refunds will be provided for non-attendance or refusal of entry because an attendee arrives without the required whole cake.
If the event is cancelled by the organisers, attendees will receive a full refund. If the event is moved to a different date, attendees who cannot attend the new date may request a refund.
