One person. One ticket. One whole cake.

NO CAKE, NO ENTRY.

Each attendee, including couples attending together, must register separately, purchase an individual ticket and bring their own whole cake.

How payment works

Registration is by bank transfer. Once you complete this form we will show you the bank details and your own payment reference, and hold your place for 24 hours.

Your ticket is not confirmed until your £30 payment has been received and approved by the organiser. A payment screenshot is not proof of payment. Your personalised ticket will be emailed after the funds have been verified.

Allergy and food-safety notice

Cakes at this event are supplied by individual attendees and may be homemade or prepared in kitchens where allergens are handled.

Ingredient and allergen information is provided by the person bringing each cake and is not independently verified by the organisers. Cross-contamination cannot be ruled out, and the organisers cannot guarantee that any cake or the event environment is allergen-free.

Anyone with a food allergy, intolerance, coeliac disease or other dietary requirement is responsible for checking the ingredient information provided and deciding whether a cake is safe for them to consume. If you are uncertain about a cake's ingredients or preparation, please do not eat it.

The organisers will take reasonable precautions but cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by attendees or from unavoidable cross-contamination.

Refund and ticket-transfer policy

Tickets are non-refundable if an attendee changes their mind or can no longer attend. Tickets may be transferred to another person until 5 December 2026, provided the organisers are notified and the replacement attendee accepts all event, cake and allergy rules.

No refunds will be provided for non-attendance or refusal of entry because an attendee arrives without the required whole cake.

If the event is cancelled by the organisers, attendees will receive a full refund. If the event is moved to a different date, attendees who cannot attend the new date may request a refund.

I have read and agree to the refund, ticket-transfer, cake-entry and allergy policies. I understand that my ticket is non-refundable and that no cake means no entry.
